Min D3 IF/SI/MI/MD, 3-5 years of experience as a Developer Lead, Strong leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills -Proficient in code review and problem-solving, with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and identify effective solutions, Excellent communication and influencing skills, Preferably experienced in leading teams using Agile principles and familiar with the insurance domain, Solid understanding of microservices architecture, messaging, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and AWS services (SES, S3), Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React Native, Angular, or ReactJS, Experience with Quarkus and Kafka is preferrable, Keeps up to date with IT trends and emerging technologies -Willing to work on-site (WFO)
