Min D3, SI/IF, experience with PHP Framework like Yii1, Yii2 and Laravel is a must, familiar with Js Framework, strong knowledge in MVC framework, understanding of OOP, RDBMS an best coding practices, knowledge in database programming, experience with HTML, CSS, experience with the consumption of RESTfull web services and JSON, knowledge to build core application is a plus.
