Min S1 AK, Experience in Insurance industry is preferrable. Must have experience as accounting (not finance experience) at least 3 years. Strong knowledge and understanding of PASAK117 and insurance related accounting standards. Proficient in journal entries, GL, financial statements, AP/AR,reconciliation, and financial reporting. Solid knowledge of general ledger, chart of accounts, period-end closing, and account reconciliation. Experience in supporting or coordinating internal and external audit processes (preparing schedules, documentation, reconciliations). Skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, Xero, Jurnal.id, MYOB, Oracle, or similar. Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with insurance systems (CARE Tech, FAAST, APPS, Brokap) is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, time management, and the ability to handle high-volume tasks. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
