Job Description:
Responsible for the entire administrative process, archiving, and organizing customer data, as well as managing and processing documents related to customer inquiries, Handle incoming inquiries via WhatsApp Business, phone calls, and email, Collect information from potential buyers to be entered into the database, Create quotation documents for potential buyers, Organize the buyer database by category in the Sasana Digital CRM system, Assist the Business Development team in preparing sales reports, Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing Division in handling customer inquiries and business support activities."
