Min S1 any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate in this position is responsible to manage Industrial Relations Management in the implementation of the IR Clinic / Bipartite Forum, Updating Fasben, and Employee Opinion Survey / Employee Engagement survey Together with GA make plans, coordinate the implementation and account for the social responsibility activities of the company, including: mass circumcision, sacrificial animals, parcels or other activities determined by the company.
Ensure that the work area is in accordance with the 5R and SHE rules.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Social & Counselling Service or equivalent. Placement Bandung.
